There is nowhere better to spend the brisk days of fall than Disney World. Of course, in Florida, some days may not be exactly brisk! Disney has planned a full line up for the Autumn months.
Starting on August 25th, the Magic Kingdom kicks off the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is a fun filled evening with trick or treat, characters in costume, Hallowishes Fireworks, special events and great decorations. Don’t miss the Hocus Pocus Villain
Spelltacular for some spooky jokes and laughs. Like the title states, this is a non-scary event. It’s great for the entire family. This party will run on select nights through November 1st.
One of the yummiest events comes to Epcot on August 31st. The International Food and Wine Festival will kick off for an incredible 75 days! This culinary delight will feature 35 global market places (including 5 new!), 39 new tasty dishes, 65 new scrumptious cocktails and of course, Eat to the Beat Concert series. There are several new bands joining the great line up. “The Chew” will be returning this year for a live TV broadcast.
Disney Springs will be joining the fun with The Great Irish Hooley, September 1-4. For the 6th year, this Irish gig will be taking place at Raglan Road. The Irish music festival will have traditional dance, music, song and food and drink. Come and watch the Raglan Road dancers and catch a show from the champion Ciaran Keating.
The Disney Night Of Joy will be returning to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex September 8 &9. The skies open up for Hip hop, Gospel, Praise and Adult Contemporary music. This year’s line up includes Toby Mac, Mercy Me, Amy Grant and many more.
