You will find runners dressed up in Disney themed running outfits, too. It is fun to watch and some day I may even participate. Disney even has special resort package for runners and spectators. I do LOVE a Dole Whip Float! Really, there just isn't any better way to enjoy it than sitting on the benches across from Aloha Isle, sipping on your float and people watching. Then again, if I had one in front of me right now, I could easily just close my eyes and pretend I'm in WDW and enjoy it just as much!
