Disney Cruise Line will be serving a Champagne Brunch in Remy. The brunch will be offered on sailings that are 4 or more nights long. Attire for brunch at Remy is dressy. Men do not have to wear a jacket. It will cost $50.00 per person to experience the amazing brunch cuisine at Remy. The brunch will last one and one half hours. You will start will a glass of French champagne. Remy does offer an optional champagne pairing for $25.00 per person. The optional pairing comes with Taittinger Prestige Cuvée Rosé, Pommery Gold and Moët & Chandon Ice. The menu sounds delicous!
What is Remy?
Remy is an adult’s only dining venue. You can make reservaations for the Champagne Brunch or for dinner. It is located on the Disney Dream and on the Disney Fantasy. The restaurant boasts a gorgeous view of the ocean. The cost to dine there is $75.00 per person. You can order the wine pairing for an additional $99.00. There is a dress code at Remy. Men must wear a dress jacket, dress pants and shoes. For women, attire is cocktail dress, pant suit or dressy skirt and blouse.
A Description of Remy
It is a very sophisticated restaurant. The main dining room is softly lit. There is seating for up to 80 guests. The desing gives a nod to the movie Ratatouille. The famous Remy character is weaved into the designs in the restaurant. The tables are set with Frette linens. Your beverages are served in Riedel glassware. The silverware is by Christofle. The china, which is gorgeous, is by Bernadaud. Remy even has purse stools for women’s handbags. The serving staff is dressed in long white aprons, black jackets or burgundy vests, and bow ties. There is a Chef’s Table dining room that seats eight. It is called Chez Gousteau. There is also a glass walled Wine Room for guests to dine in. There are over 900 bottles of wine stored in that room. One special touch at Remy is the tabelside trolley. The trolley is used to serve international cheeses. Remy also has a decanting station for their wines. Guests may order from two tastings menus that include wine pairings, or order a la carte from the menu.

Remy has amazing food. The menu does change. The cuisine at Remy is French. There is a big focus on wine pairings at Remy. In fact you will have the chance to meet with a sommelier before you dine. The sommelier is the wine specialist. You can go over the menu and choose your wine pairings ahead of time. The cuisine is special. You might be able to try smoked buffalo. Two examples of dessert are choux pastry with praline cream or a wild strawberry sorbet with a crystallized mango chip. You will enjoy a delicious cup of French coffee with your dessert.
