If you’ve not sailed on a Disney Cruise Line ship, you are missing an extraordinary cruise vacation experience. Disney Cruise Line is top notch in every way, and the popularity of
the Disney Cruise is exactly why Disney Cruise Line’s fleet is growing. The fourth ship, the Disney Fantasy, is getting closer to her maiden voyage, which is on March 31, 2012. On September 3, 2011, at Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, the final building block was set in place on the Fantasy!
This is super exciting news, because the next phase is to start working inside the Fantasy! There are so many exciting things going to be built, and it will be fun to see real pictures, instead of artist renderings.
There will be the AquaDuck Watercoaster on the Disney Fantasy, and the fun Magic Portholes and Enchanted Art, just like the Disney Dream. New to the Fantasy, though, is the Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique and a fun new show at Animator’s Palate that celebrates the magic of Disney animation.
At Animators Palate, families will be invited to become animators, and can draw their own character using a special template on their place mat. How cool is that? Even the grown up kids on the Fantasy get to draw on the place mats! The sketches the ‘guest animators’ draw will be shown on large screens. Sounds like fun to me! Fun on the Disney Fantasy!!
