Disney Cruise Line News! No More Land and Sea Packages

January 4th, 2010

Disney Cruise Line is no longer offering a Land and Sea Vacation Package, for Port Canaveral sailings. They used to offer two different packages. One package offered a three night Walt Disney World Resort stay, with a four night Bahamas Cruise, on the Disney Wonder. The other package offered a four night Walt Disney World Resort Stay, and a three night Bahamas Cruise, on the Disney Wonder. There was no offer to go with seven night sailings, though.

Now there is the option to add a pre cruise stay, or a post cruise stay, at Walt Disney World, to any Port Canaveral itinerary. The big news, and the best news, in my opinion, is that 18 Walt Disney World resorts are part of this option, and they all offer ground transfers to Port Canaveral now for your Disney Cruise. You used to be somewhat limited, with the package, as to where you could stay. Now, you have your choice. Again, Disney is working to cater to each guest’s family’s needs.

Here is the official information.
