Sampling Sweets and Treats at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World
Are you hungry? Take a walk with me as I sample some of the yummy snack type offerings at The Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World! Dining in WDW has many facets, and in Magic Kingdom, you will find several trademark sweet delights.
First stop is the Main Street Bakery. You can smell the bakery as you walk down Main Street, and that is a Disney smell that always makes me smile. They have the best cinnamon buns there, and Tollhouse Cookies. Whatever you choose, you can find a seat at the outdoor tables, and enjoy your treat, while gazing at Cinderella’s Castle. Connected to Main Street Bakery is the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. They serve Edy’s Ice Cream, and the Plaza Hot Fudge Sundae is just delicious! I LOVE the whipped cream. You can make use of the same outside seating area as the Bakery.
We have lots of frozen treats to sample in Magic Kingdom. Let’s head over to Adventureland! The ever so famous Dole Whip awaits us, at Aloha Isle. The pineapple flavored tasty treat is so refreshing and delicious. You must be sure to try one, or two, or three, on your next visit to Walt Disney World. On our way to Fantasyland now, we can stop at Mrs. Potts Cupboard. More ice cream treats await us there. Yummy! In Tomorrowland you will find smoothies and soft serve ice cream at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies.
Now that we have sampled all the sweet treats offered, maybe we will meander over to Mickey’s Toontown Fair, and we can stop at Toontown Farmers Market, and get something nutritious, fresh fruit, to eat.
We can catch the train from Toontown, to bring us around the park. Sit back, relax and let all this food digest!
