Walt Disney World Dining Plans for 2010

December 9th, 2009

I think it is time to revisit the Walt Disney World Magic Your Way Package Dining options. Disney has three different dining packages now, and they are all well worth the money you will spend on them. No matter what your eating habits are, you will find a dining plan that will work for you needs. Book your vacation through an OLP Travel agent, and you can be assured of the best advice, tailored to your exact need.

Perhaps you are not interested in eating at any full service restaurants during your stay. If you prefer to eat your meals at walk up restaurants, the Quick Service Dining Plan will work perfect for you. This plan allows you lots of flexibility, if you don’t want to be tied to a specific daily itinerary.

The Magic Your Way Package Plus Quick-Service Dining includes Disney Resort accommodations, a Magic Your Way Base Ticket and a Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan that offers 2 Quick-Service meals, 2 Snacks per person, per night of the package stay, plus 1 Resort Refillable Drink Mug per person, per package. With this package, you can save up to 20% per adult on dining.

Some families like to have one meal a day at a full service restaurant. This gives you a nice break during the day, in air conditioning, to sit, relax, and be waited on. Disney has a wonderful dining plan that will work for this kind of family; their regular Plus Dining Plan will work great! Of course, with this plan you will want to make arrangements ahead of time for your full service meals, to be sure you can eat at the restaurants you like best. Book through Our Laughing Place Travel, and you will have your very own travel pixie who will be happy to make those arrangements for you.

The Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining includes Disney Resort accommodations, a Magic Your Way Base Ticket and a Disney Dining Plan that offers 1 Table-Service meal, 1 Quick-Service meal and 1 Snack per person, per night of the package stay.

Do you like to eat at two full service restaurants each day? Well, if you do, Disney even has a dining plan that you can make use of. The Deluxe Dining Plan offers you three full meals a day, and you can use those meals at walk up restaurants, or full service restaurants. As noted above, be sure to arrange your full service meals ahead of time.

The Magic Your Way Package Plus Deluxe Dining includes Disney Resort accommodations, a Magic Your Way Base Ticket and a Deluxe Dining Plan that offers 3 meals and 2 snacks per person, per night of the package stay, and 1 Resort Refillable Drink Mug per person, per package. With this package, guests can save up to 40% per adult on dining.

No matter which dining plan you choose, you will probably want to get an idea ahead of time of where you want to eat. Making use of the OLP Restaurant and Dining Guide will help. Of course, reading Dining Reviews will also help you.
